I love using the Internet because of its convenience, but it can also be very deceiving. So far this year I have not had to write a great abundance of papers. However I have had to do one project that required Internet browsing. A lot of the resources I used were scholarly resources, and I know this because they end in either .edu or .gov. These sites are usually more useful, and more credited. I am not going to lie and say that I have only used these sites, I am sure I have used sites that are not scholarly.

Part B:

In my own home we have had the Internet for about five years. To be honest I could not imagine having to do school work without the Internet. Not only do I use it for schoolwork, but I also love downloading songs and music videos. At home we did not have high speed Internet, so surfing the web was not worth the time it took to complete anything. So having high speed Internet at school this year is definitely a benefit to college.
