Classroom and coursework:
Nothing big happened this week with classes. I read a lot for philosophy and English. We started a new book this week in English. The book is a little weird and it was hard to get into reading it but we analyzed it in class and I’m starting to like it. I’m starting to get nervous because mid-terms for English and Philosophy are on the 31st. On Thursday, I had my first test for ASL. It was fun. I believe that I did alright. At least I hope I did.
Campus Life, Off Campus Activities and Civic Engagement:
• Young Life Training Meeting (Mon)
• Community Meeting (Tues)
• Northwest Collegiate Ministries (NCM) (Wed)
• Lumina Assessment test (Sat)
My favorite activity this week was NCM. My friend Crystal came with and I had the opportunity share my faith with her. Then after the service everyone who wanted to stay afterwards and play games could. Me and three other people played pictionary. I didn’t win but it was so much fun. It was good for me to hang out and play games for a while. I tend to work on my homework just a little too much. Most people don’t believe that is possible but I seem to always find a way to study and do homework all the time.
