This wiki handbook and glossary is intended to share terminology, standard referral information, and techniques or methods commonly used to help library patrons. The information here should be relatively stable--that is, likely to stay "true" for a while. Announcements about short-term issues should be posted in the WebCT discussions for Library and Media Services Public Desks.
