Technical questions for home users

Since UCS must concentrate its resources on issues that happen on-campus, we can't provide help-desk service for problems that happen with your home machine, and we can't send technicians off-campus. We've provided this page for you to post questions or problems with your home computer. UCS staff have volunteered to answer these questions as we have time.
